Privacy policy

EcomDeck is a private dashboard for ecommerce operators, currently in a free beta. It is run by AUFINITY LLC, 30 N Gould St, Suite 66510, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("we"). Questions about your data: [email protected].
What we collect
- Your email address. We use it to give you your own dashboard, to let only you sign in, and to contact you (see "Emails from us" below).
- Your sign-up details: when you signed up, when you last visited, and whether you have a dashboard or are on the waitlist. If you join the waitlist on our homepage, we keep the email you enter.
- Sign-in with Google (if you choose it). Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with our sign-in provider. We only use your email address.
- What you put into your dashboard: notes, boards, tasks, numbers, files and pictures you upload, and any keys you enter to connect your own accounts (for example Shopify or Meta).
- Sign-in records: our sign-in provider records each sign-in (email, time, IP address, country) to keep the service secure.
We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking, and we do not run analytics on you.
How your data is kept
- Everyone gets their own separate copy of the dashboard, running as its own account on our server. Other users cannot see or open your copy.
- Each copy checks every visit and only answers to its owner's sign-in. All connections are encrypted (HTTPS).
- The server is rented from Hetzner Online GmbH and located in Germany (EU). It is backed up daily.
- AI features are switched off. Your content is not sent to AI services and is not used to train AI.
Who can see it
We run the server, so we technically have access to it to keep it working, update it and make backups. We do not look at your content, except when you ask us to help with a problem or when the law requires it. We never sell your data or share it for advertising.
Services that handle data for us:
- Hetzner (Germany): hosts the server and its backups.
- Cloudflare: handles sign-in (email codes) and passes traffic securely to the server.
- Google: only if you choose to sign in with Google.
If you connect your own accounts inside your dashboard (such as Shopify or Meta), your dashboard talks to those services on your behalf, using the keys you entered. Their own privacy policies apply to what they do.
Emails from us
We may email you about your account, important changes and new features, and about paid plans when they launch. If you don't want these emails, just reply or email us and we'll stop (account and security emails excepted). We never sell or share our email list.
How long we keep it, and deleting it
- We keep your dashboard while you use EcomDeck, and your sign-up details until you ask us to delete them.
- Email us to get a copy of your data, or to have your copy and its backups deleted. We do this within 14 days. Whole-server backups held by our host are replaced within 7 days.
Early alpha
EcomDeck is early software and may have bugs. Keep your own copy of anything you can't afford to lose.
Children
EcomDeck is for business use and is not meant for anyone under 16.

If this policy changes, we update this page and the date above, and email you about important changes.
